Welcome to Anna Kliat Photography LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website (www.annakliatphoto.com) and the services we offer. By using this website and/or booking a session, you agree to these terms.
1. General Information
This website is operated by Anna Kliat Photography LLC, based in Bay County, Florida.
We offer photography services, including but not limited to family, maternity, wedding, engagement, real estate, and milestone sessions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page.
2. Booking & Payments
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all sessions. The remaining balance is due on or before the scheduled session date.
Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and are not confirmed until the retainer is paid.
Payment methods accepted: [stripe/zelle/venmo/cashapp/cash].
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule once due to unforeseen circumstances, provided at least 72 hours’ notice is given.
No-shows and cancellations without notice will result in forfeiture of the retainer.
In case of bad weather (for outdoor shoots), we will work together to find a suitable reschedule date.
4. Image Delivery & Usage
Editing & Turnaround: Final images will be delivered within [3] weeks via an online gallery.
Image Rights: Anna Kliat Photography LLC retains copyright ownership of all images. Clients receive a personal use license, which allows them to print and share their images.
Commercial Use: If you wish to use images for commercial purposes, a separate license must be purchased.
5. Refunds & Satisfaction
Due to the nature of photography, all sales are final once images have been delivered.
If you have concerns about your session, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your gallery.
6. Website Use & Content
All images, logos, and text on this website are owned by Anna Kliat Photography LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Unauthorized use of any content may result in legal action.
7. Liability & Limitations
We are not responsible for injuries, property damage, or lost items during a session.
If unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or emergencies) prevent Anna Kliat from fulfilling a session, we will offer to reschedule or provide a refund if necessary.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through bookings or website inquiries will not be shared with third parties.
